From there mailing lists from the non-customer population and target zip codes can be created in order to improve the messaging efforts of the clients. These profiles can improve targeting while reducing overall marketing costs, but producing higher response and enrollment rates.
Analyses of Disenrollment Patterns
Disenrollment costs health plans millions of dollars each year in lost revenue and profit. In order to address this Deft Research surveys customers or former customers to determine how the health plan can adjust its products, or address its customers in a way that will encourage retention.
