Senior Use of AI for Health Insurance
Around half of seniors aged 69+ and three out of five aged 65–68 have used AI tools. While many use AI for simple tasks like recipes or recommendations, some are starting to research prescriptions, health conditions, and Medicare options. AI is beginning to influence decisions among Medicare members, but comfort with AI in healthcare remains uncertain. Understanding seniors’ current AI usage and perceptions is key to adapting effectively.
