Medicare Election Pulse Study
Publishes October 4, 2024
Election results have the potential to significantly alter Medicare plan options for the forthcoming year. To provide a clearer understanding, we collected data following the Democratic National Convention in August 2024, which unveiled several key insights, such as:
- The percentage of MA and MedSupp members leaning Democratic or Republican.
- Who seniors may “blame” should they see meaningful disruption in their ANOCs Congressional Republicans, Democrats, or the current administration.
- How ANOC disruption will impact their voting, as well as their Medicare consumerism.
ANOC Pulse Study
Publishes November 8, 2024
To monitor the potential impact of this year’s ANOC, we’ll gather data shortly after October 1st, while changes are still fresh in mind of seniors. The ANOC Pulse Study will show:
- What percentage of seniors read their ANOC — and to what degree.
- If seniors notice meaningful decreases in benefits or cost shares and, if so, which changes caught their eye.
- What percentage of seniors actually noticed specific changes correctly, and what percentage will not find out about them until the start of the OEP, as determined by matching actual benefit degradation from the PBP files with what consumers reported.
